We have found that the best way to serve our client’s interests and needs is to be involved in the process as early as possible. Constructability issues, budget, schedule, and quality are all improved through early contractor involvement. As with Design-Build, CM at Risk, and GMP procurement methodologies the key to successful Early Contractor Involvement is bringing qualified subcontractors into collaboration with the A/E services providers to facilitate discourse that leads to providing the best value solution to meeting our clients’ needs and project requirements.
