Gordon has 28 years experience in the construction industry. He has worked as a senior project manager, project manager, pre-construction manager, superintendent, and foreman. He has finalized estimates, negotiated subcontracts, and coordinated field operations. For three years he owned a commercial carpentry and drywall firm. He also served as Vice President of a company specializing in interior renovations. At Grunley Construction, Gordon oversees a Navy 8(a) MACC IDIQ. As a Senior Project Manager, Gordon is accustomed to interacting with Owners and Architects, supervising staff, scheduling, coordinating subcontractor work, scheduling, monitoring the budget, and preparing RFI’s and submittals. He possesses excellent oral and written communication skills.
